The Founders Club facilitates special purpose vehicles for angel investing via Georgetown Alumni Angels and expansion funding and direct secondary investments via Windfall Capital providing cash liquidity to founders and early investors in later stage companies buying shares for cash as well as primary investments in expansion stage companies.
We also enable founders to use equity to become cash investors in VC funds. We manage a unique family of equity exchange funds where entrepreneurs agree to pool a portion of their equity into a VC style fund composed of stock in venture-backed startups and are paid 80% of every exit from their fund.
